General conditions
Only one bonus may be granted per person, email, browser, device or IP address unless an offer says otherwise. Only one bonus can be active at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. Specific offer conditions apply alongside these general rules.
Activation
The general minimum deposit for a deposit bonus is €20. Select the available bonus card in the deposit window unless the offer states otherwise. Activate free spins through the Bonuses area. If an intended bonus does not activate, contact support before playing; a bonus cannot be added manually after the relevant funds have been spent.
Maximum bets and balance order
The maximum stake with an active bonus is €5 unless the specific offer states another limit. Purchased game features and re-spins count towards the stake. Exceeding the limit can result in winnings being confiscated. Real-money funds are used before bonus funds.
Wagering requirements
The general source terms specify 40x wagering for deposit bonuses and, unless otherwise stated, no-deposit bonuses and bonus free spins. A €20 minimum deposit is required before withdrawing from a no-deposit or free-spin bonus. The terms of the individual offer take precedence where different requirements are stated.
Game contribution
Eligible slot bets contribute 100% towards wagering. Table games and live-dealer games do not contribute. Jackpot games and a detailed list of other titles are excluded from bonus promotions; consult the linked source for the complete current exclusions.
Withdrawal limits
No-deposit bonus winnings are capped at €50, and the account must be fully verified with the required minimum deposit made before withdrawal. The published general cap for cashback, comp-point, tournament, deposit, VIP and weekly bonuses, excluding the welcome bonus, is €10,000. Amounts above the applicable cap are forfeited; individual reviews can take up to 14 working days.
Expiry and cancellation
Both a bonus and its associated winnings are removed when it expires. Contact support about cancelling an unused bonus. Requesting withdrawal before completing wagering forfeits the bonus and related winnings. The source sets three days to activate a free bonus and seven days to wager it.
Fair use
The casino may withhold bonuses or winnings linked to fraud or promotional abuse. Restricted practices include opposite-outcome low-risk betting, delaying game rounds until wagering has ended, and using bonus play to accumulate game features that are later completed with cash. Breaches may also remove future bonus eligibility.
Other conditions
Currency can be changed after the first stage of the welcome bonus has been completed. A bonus may be cancelled automatically when its associated active balance falls to €0.05 or less.
