Terms and Conditions

1. General terms

Players are responsible for checking whether online gambling is permitted where they live and play. Access to the website is not an invitation to use it where gambling is unlawful. The English terms take precedence over translations. The source shows an effective date of 2 January 2021 and an update of 5 August 2024; the operator may revise its conditions.

2. Who may play

Players must be at least 18 and meet any higher local age requirement. Registration is available only in permitted countries. Choosing a different country to bypass a restriction is prohibited and can lead to account closure and cancellation of winnings. The original terms contain the full list of restricted jurisdictions.

3. Currencies

The terms identify EUR and USD as accepted currencies. The cashier and the account’s available currency settings determine the options presented to the player.

4. Fees and taxes

Players are responsible for applicable taxes and payment-provider charges. The source requires deposits to be wagered at least three times for casino or live-casino play and/or once in sports betting before requesting a withdrawal.

5. Game rules

Players should understand the rules and payout information for each game before betting.

6. Sports-betting rules

A bet is accepted when registered on the server and confirmed online. Accepted bets cannot be changed or cancelled by the player. The operator may cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds or after an event has started. The source lists a €0.10 minimum selection stake and maximum winnings of €100,000 per bet, €250,000 per day and €500,000 per week. Interrupted events are subject to the source’s settlement rules, including its 48-hour provision.

7. Live betting

Live bets may be placed on main and additional markets, individually or as accumulators. Server confirmation determines acceptance. Displayed live scores can contain inaccuracies, so players should consult independent information sources.

8. Results and disputes

Official event records determine actual start times and results. Displayed dates and event details are indicative, and settlement may be corrected where results were entered incorrectly. The original terms set out the detailed rules for disputed or interrupted sporting events.

9. Game availability

Availability varies by jurisdiction and game-provider policy. The source contains game-specific territorial restrictions. A VPN may also affect game operation or connectivity.

10. Liability and technical errors

Gambling can result in the loss of money. The operator limits liability for financial losses, hardware and software failures, connection problems and third-party services as described in its terms. Incorrectly accepted bets or payments may be reversed or corrected.

11. Fraud prevention

Collusion, false registration details, stolen payment instruments, chargebacks, duplicate accounts and promotion abuse can lead to suspended payments, account closure or forfeited winnings. Players must report software errors and must not exploit them. Additional identity or payment evidence may be requested.

12. Player accounts

Each person may hold only one personal account. Accounts must not be shared with third parties or minors or used for commercial purposes. Duplicate-account winnings and bonuses may be recovered. Players remain responsible for activity on their account and for keeping their details accurate.

13. Identity verification

Verification may require a valid photo ID, evidence of the payment method and proof of address no more than three months old. Source-of-funds evidence, a selfie or additional checks may also be requested. Upload documents through the account verification area. The source states that failure to complete required verification within two weeks can result in permanent closure and confiscation of winnings.

14. Deposits

Available methods include Visa, Mastercard and e-wallets. Payment instruments must belong to the account holder. Deposit availability and limits depend on the selected method. The source lists a general €10 minimum deposit. Deposit limits cannot be applied to certain voucher and cryptocurrency transactions; other responsible-gambling controls should be considered.

15. Withdrawals

The general minimum withdrawal is €10, while bank-transfer withdrawal has a €500 minimum. Payment-method limits, verification and processing conditions apply. The source describes processing of some methods taking up to three days, general limits of €4,000 daily, €16,000 weekly and €50,000 monthly, and exceptions under promotional or VIP terms. Progressive jackpots are paid in full. Card availability depends on the issuing country and bank. Currency-conversion and intermediary-bank charges may apply. The casino is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

16. Dormant accounts

An account with no login activity for twelve consecutive months may incur a monthly €10 administration charge, limited to the remaining balance. Charging stops when the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

17. Refunds

Refund requests are considered within 24 hours of the disputed transaction, or within 30 calendar days where unauthorised access is identified. Bonuses and winnings are deducted before calculating a refund. Payment-provider limits and security checks may affect processing.

18. Complaints

Contact customer support first. Unresolved complaints may be escalated within the casino and, where appropriate, to an independent body or the licensing authority identified on the original website. Server records take precedence over conflicting on-screen results in the dispute process.

19. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected, how it is used and the circumstances in which it is shared or retained.

20. Governing law

The published terms state that Curaçao law governs the agreement and that disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Curaçao courts.
